Hate when that one person with a critical job just wasn't paying attention that one time

Correct item number as verified on original knob, BUT DOES NOT FIT INTO STEM, AND KNOB SHAFT IS TOO SHORT, INDEX ON KNOB IS WRONG POSITION. OEM quality though, wish someone at whirlpool had not gotten the part number incorrect on OEM knob !!! and now what ……...
