Could have been better
Book was in decent shape. Many marketers nfs throughout. Books were packages in the equivalent of a garbage bag. NO protection at all from shipping.

Good read for anyone considering a career in education or currently in the field needing a little reminder of their power to change lives.
Danza shares his experience with the reader about his excitement and anxiety surrounding a foray into the arena of public education in a manner that is both pragmatic and poignant. He did lack the full weight of the experience since it was arranged to have about one-sixth of the load of a regular teacher due to his reality show format, but he related well the trials and tribulations of any first year educator.
