Unreliable, overpriced, but necessary product.
I've had multiple failures of two generations of this device. They lose their battery charging capability and can't maintain WiFi communications more than four or five days. Qolsys should sell the software as an app and let it's alarm system customers to use much less expensive and more reliable tablets for the remote access functionality. Why have I purchased a total of 6 of these to serve my two remote locations? Because without them, my system is unusable. There is no other way to arm and disarm the system at a point of access with visual or audio confirmation unless the main panel is located that location, and since there can be only one main panel . . .

Durable
Just replaced identical item after 4 years of intensive use. It held up well.

An overly flashy case for an elegant phone
Thicker and heavier than I prefer with unwanted faux carbon fiber finish, but other cases I've tried are even thicker or provide no frontal protection by way of raised lip at edges. Cutout for camera is noticeably inaccurate, although it doesn't interfere with its use. That said, I have two other cases sitting on the shelf because they rate lower than this one.
