good backup
bought this a week ago, despite refurbished label appeared as new. Works well as an addition to our Henry, especially good at the dog hairs on the setee which the mini motorised head copes with easily. Would recommend although battery life isn't enough to use exclusively around a 4 bedroom house.

Not totally bad
Cooks good pizzas although I have a few niggles with it. The wooden handle fixing on the front door isn’t very secure as the fixing rotates on the inside (the other handles don’t) even though I’ve tightened everything with 2 spanners. Additionally the temperature gauge is permanently fogged up, customer services say it should clear ‘in a few weeks’. Not my idea of great customer care! I bought the rain cover / carry bag but this has the problem of not fitting without removing the door or handle. You can reverse the door once you’ve cleaned the soot off, but the temperature gauge sensor then sticks out needing removal. Not ideal.

Wrong size
These are the wrong size for my Sage Duo Temp Pro. Only just discovered this a couple of months after buying them
