Defuser
1 of 1 found this helpful It works well and is easy to use. It diffuses the essential oil smell nicely. It is easy to clean. However it's very difficult to open. It is smooth so has nothing to grip to help turn it when trying to remove the lid. It is slightly too big for my hands also making it hard to grip. I have to put my fingernail in the slit between the top and bottom in order to lift the top off.

Filters
I have used this type filter for a few years with much success however this batch of them continually gets clogged and won't filter. I moved to a new home recently and this is the first I have used the filters in this house. I have tried 2 of the 3 I purchased and have had the same results. I suppose it could have something to do with the water in this home.
