Great coffee maker!
Having used this for about 1 month - it performs perfectly. The beans are ground fresh right before brewing. We have had to adjust the amount of beans it grinds to suit our taste which is easily done with a small knob. This way you are not wasting beans. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours and the coffee maker shuts off immediately after brewing is complete (with 5 beeps). This way you are not wasting electricity and cooking the brewed coffee as well. The grind is a little course as others have noted but the coffee tastes good. Might be able to use less coffee if a slightly finer grind was available? We would rate this 5 stars and so far it may be the best coffee maker we have ever owned in 50 years.

YUMMY VANILLA FLAVOR!
Vanilla flavor is awesome and does not leave an after taste. Good ingredients and economical in this size container (2.03 lbs.).
