Works
It lights the lamp. Have not had it on for any significant time, so I can't speak to the quality as of yet. It mounted perfectly, it is lighter in weight than the original.

Warped
I'm not totally satisfied. The plate sits a bit crooked. I took my time getting everything lined up and marked the hole carefully. It appears the plastic is just a bit warped and has the plate not level which bugs me.
