App is slow to load live view
The ring doorbell has great quality video but the reason I chose to not recommend it is because it doesn’t work as advertised. The commercials show the homeowner speaking to someone in real time. The app is so slow to load by the time you can select the talk button, the person has either already stolen a package or left your front porch. It also takes about 30 seconds to process the video for you to view.

Poor instructions & no electric heating tool
This product has very poor instructions. It promised an electric heating tool, but comes with a nickel sized piece of metal on a stick that you are supposed to heat up to 350 degrees. How in the world are you supposed to know when it reaches 350 degrees. Like all as seen on TV products, this is a waste of money.

Does Not replace GE fqk1k
