Great toothbrush with significant drawback
Having used Sonicare toothbrushes for years, I decided to try the Oral-B because it looked like the brush would be a better fit for my mouth (more compact) and the spinning motion more effective. After using this brush for a week, I am happy with my choice.
There is one significant drawback to this model - you need to install the Oral-B app on your smartphone to have a positive indication of brushing mode. The more expensive model includes an additional device to display this information. This seems unnecessarily awkward. The Sonicare had simple lights on the handle identifying brushing mode.

Basic Sonicare with features I wanted
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a basic Sonicare - one brush mode. But is has the one feature I wanted: timer for brushing each quarter of my teeth. After using it for a few weeks, my only complaint is that the handle is very smooth causing it to be slippery when wet.
