Great product but packaging issues

Overall no issues with the shower, it is wonderful. However, I gave this four stars because it took a while to open all the plastic it was shipped in. I had to cut the crap out of the bubble plastic wrapping it was packed in. I get it, it keeps it safe from damage but I nearly cut my hand trying to get the thing open. By the time it was open the pack was so damaged I could never have returned it. It was easy to install but DOES NOT come with plumbers tape and it is needed for installing correctly. Otherwise happy with product.

Nice but not super soft

The product is good but I was expecting a soft fuzzy blanket that you'd want to snuggle up with. It's not. It's an electric blanket that heats well and shuts off... so I put a soft blanket in between to satisfy my desire for a soft blanket and that is fine.
