Brake cable adjuster
Can't beat it for the price. Got to have it if you want breaks. Works like the one factory made by Honda.

Solid, heavy, well built 12 volt battery
Opened it up and put it on 2 amp trickle charge and within a minute or two it was fully charged. Just double checking it before installing. So you could say it came fully charged and ready to go.
