Wine making kit doesn't come with instructions
I strongly suggest including instructions with this "experiment kit" otherwise, it's just that...an experiment! There was a small pamphlet included inside listing all of the items, but no instructions etc.
Thanks to YouTube for making it understandable, otherwise you're subject to major error that could be avoided had there been instructions with the kit.
Lastly, I would like to see a video or tutorial on THIS particular wine kit rather than watching a wine making video with a somewhat similar kit.
Had there been instructions I would have given this item 5 stars easily!

This book is a great read!
An excellent read and VERY informative literature regarding the wicked jim crow era. Definitely should be a reading requirement for black people and their children!
