Rip off
1 of 2 found this helpful This thing sucks. The smaller one was better and it was filthy. This thing doesn't do anything at all to freshen the air. AT ALL! Oh....just don't bother buying a used one.

Excellent quality
1 of 1 found this helpful My dog, Foo, loves it. It's very, very sturdy and doesn't slide or tip. I have one tip....I got a medium and my dog is a Min Pin. He just fits, so when in doubt get a larger size. I washed the covers and they came out fine and undamaged or worn. The cover is a little hard to get back on. I'm very pleased with it.
