High quality underrated film camera with excellent optics
1 of 1 found this helpful Old 35mm film camera with non-removable lens and very high quality optics, very well thought out feature set which makes simple point-and-shoot as well as full manual control available. Very reliable operation. Can be bought cheaply but the quality of the camera and the picture it takes, is of a different class - much higher than normally expected. I have 3 and the first one bought on a garage sale was probably stored in a damp basement, dusty and moldy, yet worked perfectly the moment it got a new battery and still takes very sharp pictures in spite of some fungus in the lens!

Best indoor and good general purpose film
I use it all the time (digitize the negatives), slightly lower resolution than superia 200 asa but produces excellent results in indoor lighting. Excellent color rendition, consistent quality, much better than Kodak!

Very good quality pictures, fully featured "pro-sumer" still SLR camera
2 of 2 found this helpful Excellent value if bought second hand at present ebay prices. Very good quality pictures and fully featured standard SLR camera controls as in the semi-professional "pro-[con]sumer" class, albeit no video recording. 6mp is plenty for good quality photography and in most cases I end up reducing the picture resolution or set it to "medium" anyway to fit in emails or web pages. ISO range is 100-1600, uses CF card. Highly recommended if you can buy it below 100$ with lens, or below 50$ without.
