Little unit/Big shock!
Works too well. The lowest setting jolts pretty well. I purchased it because they have stimulators at PT. This unit is VERY uncomfortable. Tried different modes and locations on arms to hands. Did not try on large muscle groups. The good thing was it was inexpensive.

Stout!
Well made-stout. Not uneven machine marks on the steel or pins. It's balanced. The "V" groove is even 360 degrees.
