One drop of grease at a time but no pressure.
Mine would not make pressure to fill the fittings, only just barely push out grease with no pressure to force it anywhere. I can hold my finger over the end and there is not enough pressure to push grease around my finger. The plunger is bad in this one, so buy it knowing you could get a lemon. Yallstore completely took care of the problem for me. Thanks for that!
