Great product.
This stuff works great for removing pet urine an other odors. I just wish it didn't cost so much. Still worth buying though. I've tried several other products and this works the best.

Used?
It said it was new, but it looked used. The tag was all curled up and it didn't have any packaging. It looked like maybe someone used it then washed it. If I was buying for myself would have been fine, but it was a gift and I ended up buying something else because it looked used to me. Clean, but used.
