Awesome mental training in fun ways!
I suffer from bipolar as well as from other mental illnesses my doctor recommended this and I was very desperate with in 6 months my thinking had cleared up I was able to concentrate better and I noticed that my equilibrium balance out better as well as how I function. I would totally recommend it for anyone that is having problems with concentrations but gets bored easily because this is both fun and helps you
