nautical search light
4 of 4 found this helpful it is good as an unexpected decorative item. It does well enough for the way it was designed to work, that is basically as a spot light, it will not light an entire room as the light is directional and can be minimally controlled by the on board shutters. I like it my self as a designer but only as a design element, it is very effective for that purpose and does get a lot of attention.

The Brass Bottle
Fun old movie, Barbara Eden, Tony Randall & Burl Ives, just delightful, crazy antics, the perfect escape. This was before Barbara Eden starred in I Dream of Jeannie, one year before, so this was not inspired by the TV show at all.
