Works great for working HDs

Just remember, if your hard drive is defective, it is not going to give you a proper error message saying something is wrong with the hd, it is just not going to work.

Low quality

Usually when there are lots of 1 and 5 votes and nothing in between it can mean two things. 1. The fives are scam and real people vote ones or 2. The quality varies, and some people get good ones and some get the ones that fall apart. Unfortunately, I got one that fell apart. The plug was not glued well, I plugged it in and when the phone was ready, when I tried to pull it out, the shell came out revealing a small circuit in the plug itself. After that it was just a matter of days it stopped working completely

For those who don't know, this product has been called differently. I'm very happy with the purchase. It has a lot of features not available in other headsets. The comfy earpads, the adjustable length, adjustable mic, padded headband, 3 preset equalizer modes for the speaker (game, music, speech), mic mute button, volume adjustment integrated with computer volume (you see the volume on the screen when you adjust in on the headset). It also has a mute led indicator, so you can see when it is muted and when not, right in front of you, on the mic.
