Works Great
1 of 1 found this helpful I recommend putting a paper towel or something over the door as the cushions will leave a mark. The water bag will work good but I run a chain through lead weights and use those instead. A little confusing putting the head gear on but once you get it down it goes good. Make sure the Velcro straps are in the back with the Velcro facing up. Always remember to take the head gear off first or you'll get a clunk on the head from the falling bar. Works great. I put it on and watch TV while my neck stretches.
