I am a retired elementary teacher who collected Vintage Figural Pins to wear in class. Ended up buying groups of Jewlery in order to get the pin I wanted and reselling the rest. Have over 1,000 Pins! Also have 2 Papillon Dogs 7.5 LBS each.

Bacon in the Mocrowave
3 of 3 found this helpful I was trying to find something that would cook bacon without letting the pieces curl up. This does work well for that as the bacon is put in grooves with a pin holding both ends. I was pleased with the result. Crisp flat bacon. However there are a couple of concerns. One, it is very difficult to clean. The bacon grease cooks into the small slots between the rows and does not come off. Two, one of the sliding holders, which is just plastic bent with the heat of cooking and no longer fits in the slot provided. So after using it twice -- it now sits in my cupboard waiting to be taken to the thrift store. Not a good buy.

Bible highlighter
Outstanding for highlighting Bible Passages. Easy to use, covers lightly so print shows through, without scratching or causing problems to page. Easy to change to different color settings with just a turn of the top. 8 colors work well for emphasizing different types of passages: To do, important & interesting, prayer, thanksgiving, ect. No bleeding through. Just remember not to allow lead to come out too far as it does break easily. Easy to change lead. However, hard to buy refill colors separately as one tends to use yellow and blue up first.

DOG APPROVED VITAMIN
1 of 1 found this helpful My 7 pound papillon thinks this is a treat. She reminds me if I haven't given it to her. So it must smell and taste good and definitely meets with her approval. I bought this as another step against fleas. We travel in a motor home and cannot control the environment we are often in. We walk about 5 miles a day often using trails many other pets have used. Fleas were hitchhiking home. Besides the vitamin, she uses a once a month topical, and I put a drop of lavender oil on the bottom of her vest daily. This combination seems to work as she shows no signs of fleas. She is 11 and the vitamin is a good boost for her energy.
