It really is great if you don't characterize it's many flaws.
Pros: 144Hz IPS panel, RTX 2060, Keyboard, CPU pre-factory under voltage set to -125mv., an okay precision touchpad, easy access to m.2 slots, the 2.5 inch drive, memory, and to air clean - remove dust as bottom cover is easily removable, chassis not all plastic. CONS: Chassis edges hurt wrists, poor time usage without the AC Adapter plugged in as the Helios 300 has a 57.28Wh battery, roughly 45 minutes game time and 3 to 4 hours under light to normal use. AC Adapter gets hot while plugged in, use of Turbo button causes intermittent issues, very loud fans under heavy load or in Turbo or when fans set to maximum, The 2019 Intel i7-9750H performs relatively the same as 2018 Helios 300 i7-8750H and 2020 Helios 300 i7-10750H as only the Turbo clock rate was changed to get a higher Turbo frequency. They all have the same Intel 14nm CPU architecture, there is little performance difference between GTX 1660ti and GTX 2060. New 2020 model offers RTX 2070 Max-Q which not as good as having the RTX 2080 Super graphics card. Predator Sense works okay but not really necessary to have it, previous version of Predator Sense had bugs, hope ACER fixed them so you don't have to keep rebooting Windows / the laptop. BACKLIGHT BLEED some units were quite bad, most have some backlight screen bleed. Seen worse. Speakers faced downward not at a 30 to 45 degrees to get clear sound. Not lightweight as about 5.3lbs with power brick 6.6lbs. It was also overpriced in 2019 for $1,299 USD preferably more consistent with price tag of $999. Used but in excellent condition, no warranty, flaws, depreciation value in July 2020 about $749 USD.

Not Natural Sounding
Also picks up any wind outdoors. Sound quality is poor. Never drop it , so much plastic it will break the mic or crack the chassis. I had become so discourage and disappointed with Saramonic. Note: RODE has gone down hill in quality too as they are even defective. Want good or Professional results you will need to spend $500 to $800. Never trust an Open Box item buy new and get a warranty.

Good Price and Features with short comings
2 of 2 found this helpful For the price does plenty. Unfortunately, it is internet laggy, slow to react, and the speakers are terrible. Must get a soundbar. The support stand / feet just okay as it will wobble. Unable to mount onto the wall without leaving at least near 4 inches for HDMI cable and USB. Beside you would not want it against the wall uptight as TV gets hot ... it requires sufficient air circulation. Other than being slow, laggy and having bad speakers. The other features are great. It is only a 720p as the only time it is 1080p when input is from Computer, Sony Play Station, Xbox, or Apple iPad/ iPhone. 60Hz refresh rate is not very good as 120/144Hz would be an improvement. Blurs will be noticeable.
