An Underrated Beauty
My original Wii was kicking the bucket, so I decided to invest in a much more colorful unit and didn't regret it one bit. The blue and red Nintendo Wii models are fun to look at while playing, which is what I enjoy about them the most. While the red units come with GameCube backwards compatibility features, this blue one does not. Though, it's worth mentioning that if you have exceptional modding experience, you'll find that it's actually quite easy to get RVL-101 Wii models, such as the blue units, to play GameCube backups in no less than 30 minutes. However, if modding isn't your forte and you still want GameCube backwards compatibility, I recommend sticking to RVL-001 models.
