Not accurate on many levels.including time.
The watch is amazing with all its features To bad some of them are very inaccurate such as oxygen levels,and sleep charting which starts 2 to three hours after you go to sleep no matter how you set them. The controls are very confusing and do not do what the tuterals claim.You just need to keep trying till you get lucky and you do not know how you did it.Basicly not very user friendly or accurate Even the time is off from my phone.You have to reconect every day to your phone. The battery on low back light does not last long enough, the only thing that seems to be correct is the heart rate that seems accurate.At least the date stays working ok. For a $300 watch I expected more.
