Extremely quiet and well-made
Extremely quiet ventilation fan, and very quiet heater fan. When I first installed it, the heater was cycling on and off because I had accidentally positioned the snap-in grille such that it was partially blocking the airflow from the heater, which was causing the built-in thermal overheat switch to cycle. I adjusted the grill slightly to move it over to where it was properly positioned, and that problem went away. Also when first installed, I had unknowingly deformed the plastic exhaust port which caused the backdraft damper to become dislodged and stuck closed. This made the exhaust fan noisy, and of course totally blocked any exhaust air flow. I put the plastic flapper back into position and it worked normally. I suspect a similar problem is the cause of some of the negative reviews here concerning ventilator noise, because mine is almost completely silent.

Great value, just like a new one

Works, but somewhat overpriced and missing a cover
Works as advertised. A little pricey given the simplicity of construction, but cheaper than other flow meters. For the price, the manufacturer should include a removable cover for the clear plastic flow readout to protect it from sun damage. Also, the flow markings are just a printed sticker, and on my unit the sticker was not stuck down well. Again, for the price, they should do better!
