Still resides on cell service
A great alternative if your cell does not support or have hotspot on it or cannot be tethered. Battery life is awesome, but can vary with major usage to very little usage. There are so many more different reasons this device can save the day in the $$$ area... keep in mind it rides on cell towers...no cell service...no wifi...
