Slow start up but does the job!!
These are not "quick start" bulbs, hence the cheaper cost I'd assume. However...give them a few minutes to heat up and the are as bright and effective as the more expensive models. I'm happy with the purchase. NOTE: Mine stays on 24/7 till seasons end as it effectively draws in/kills flies during the daylight hours.

great Spyderco blade...
0 of 1 found this helpful Purchased as a "camp knife" for 20 year old daughter. My only complaint is the sheath. Although very good quality leather and well made, it's very snug and will only receive the knife in one position. An insert would have been appropriate and helpful. The sheath will be fine AFTER a gentle, slow break-in period....which isn't necessarily in this 20 year old's wheel house. Time will tell but do like the knife itself for the intended purpose.

2nd purchase of this great knife...great price!
Purchased my first Real Steel Bushcrafter years ago. Purchased this one: 1) Same/original model 2) close to same price WITH 2 sets of scales 3) Micarta...my first choice always. GREAT KNIFE!! PS: an excellent 90* spine for Ferro rod use.
