The right stuff
One of the sets I got had a leaf spring that was over-extended, but it did not interfere with function -- if anything, it made the rail more secure. Packing was good and the parts arrived in generally good shape. My machines are mounted and the rails are doing the job.

Great for the price.
I had no problems with assembly. The only minor nits I have would be that the measurements on the sides appear to be marked an inch short (not a problem, but something to cross-check in assembly) and it would be nice if some effort was made to ensure that assembles with all of the pieces square and at right angles. It can lean if you aren't careful about assembly and making sure everything is tight. I'm racking HP servers and it does the job just fine.
