A must have for everyone who admires James Taylor :)
One of JT's finest and most refined recordings. Thoughtful lyrics throughout the dozen song selections on this disc that will have a wide range and appeal for any genuine fan of James Taylor's music. His timeless writing style reminds me of revisiting an old friend whose stories never disappoint...

Facinating read about one of Rock 'N Rolls finest guitarist in one of the greatest bands to ever take the stage!
Great book that's written so well you can put it down and pick it back up where you left off without a hitch. I can tell Don didn't write this book in anger or retaliation as you might think circumstantially. It's an autobiographical and chronological journey about how he grew up, learned to play and vivid stories about many of the iconic characters he met along the way before joining the Eagles. I loved it!

    The Iconic Bass Master-
I was aware of Jaco Pastorius at the time this recording was made and listened to a wide range of progressive/jazz music back in the 70's. Decades later, while reading a book that included recommendations for the finest recorded examples of numerous iconic artists, this solo project was high on the list. While listening to it I was also in awe of his talent and after the third track had finished it was clear why Jaco and this production was so highly regarded. If you're a fan of Weather Report (JP played with them for six years) and Return To Forever, this solo project should also be on your must-have list...
