A class by themselves
I first came across these cells while working around "reliability critical" German industrial equipment. They are in a class by themselves, lasting up to 7 times longer than the best standard AA cells, but costing only 3-4 times as much.

Great quality and tough, another sizing note
Despite reviews from folks who thought these run small and suggestions to order a size up, I found them to be rather true to size. I tend to be a size US Mens 10 for athletic / hiking shoes that I wear without socks or very thin socks, and a 10.5 for work shoes worn with thicker socks. I bought these diving booties in a size 11 since so many reviews said they run small, but the 10's would have been a better fit since they loosen up when wet. I decided to keep them because I now wear them in combination with a 2mm aqua sock since this combo perfects the fit of my Scubapro Gorilla Seawing Nova's in "regular" size. After they wear out, I will replace them with 5mm O'Neill's in size 10. However, this could be awhile for I am not seeing any signs of wear after lengthy walks at waterparks, waterfall trails, and sidewalks.

A truly "hikable" water shoe
My unparalleled utility shoe for hikiing to a place that also requires a water shoe. Quick drying as well. Sizing is pretty much spot on.
