Disappointingly engineered
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is ok if you buy a thermometer and use that to increase or decrease the heat. Or hold the eggs to your face to tell the temperature. The problem is twofold -- that the fan is not strong enough to distribute the heat evenly and also the thermometer is not accurate because it is high up and not down where the eggs are. I wanted to buy American made again -- I have the previous version of this, many years old but still going strong.
To makei it work I move the eggs around and use a different thermometer. I need to look into attaching a different fan but have not had the time to do this.
