Pleasant to Listen To.
I have been very happy to find Lillian Braun's Cat Who books on cassette tapes to play on my Sony Walkman at night. These stories, though murder mysteries in part, seem to be fun and relaxing to listen to. They are filled with humor and quirky, enjoyable characters. I read the books many years ago, but listening to them read now has brought me a lot of pleasure. For critical review, I would say Braun's earlier books are the best, the most well-written, but I have enjoyed hearing most of them very much, including this one. Whenever I am in physical pain, or am having trouble relaxing to sleep, for one reason or another, I can put one of these stories into my cassette player and be put into a good mood. I love these characters and their stories!

Good story by Fern Michaels
This is a very enjoyable book, which I ordered from eBay on audio cassette. It is one of several favorite books of mine by Fern Michaels, with likeable characters, some interesting twists and turns, and some dogs as part of the story.

Fun, relaxing books to listen to.
I love these books! I read them lots of years ago, as they were published. Now I am listening to them being read to me on cassette. Whenever I have trouble relaxing, or just can't get to sleep, I find these books so soothing and fun to listen to! I have tried books and music on CDs, but there is nothing as uncomplicated or as easy to manage in the dark, as my great old Sony Walkman and books or music on cassette tapes! The batteries last much, much longer, too! These Lillian Braun books are my favorites! I've been very happy to find a few in good condition at reasonable prices.
