Fasting would be better
You loose weight because you're not eating, but once you implement food back in your diet you gain it back, so I'm not sure that it really works. The B2 that's in it is what changes your urine color. It didn't curve my appetite any and I still craved sugar. I think fasting with just water would have been better.
