  Evidently, either the USPS hired a wild orangutan to handle this item, or the packaging was not quite sufficient. Two ends of the branches were broken inside the box. Luckily, I was able to glue them back on. They are pictured in tact in the seller's pictures, so I'm assuming a ppoltergeist is to blame.
