Dynabrade 59025 sander review
Best sander I've ever used hands down. I'm a aircraft composites/structures tech for 19.5 years. I've had and used many sanders over the years but none have the comfort, or feel of the dynabrade. I've been contracting for the last year so buying my own quality gear is important. The transfer of vibration back through the unit is very low so combined with the ergonomic grip, hand fatigue is much better. A sander is my primary tool requiring precision and consistency. This does that very well and the dust collects at the same point which helps with a vacuum in one hand and the sander in the other. The pad rotates constantly even at low rpm which stops flat spots and damage to the pad when sanding edges.
The only thing I can't say is how durable it is and how long they last. I've only had it a little while though very impressed.
