Works Perfectly!
Excellent for cheesecake. Does not leak, and easy to remove. Used parchment paper and light spray of canola oil on sides and bottom, worked great. Highly recommend!

Awesome Quality and Price !
This is my first Real Steel knife, but I expect to buy many more. The quality and craftsmanship are superb, with the price of one third or one fourth the price of equivalent other manufacturers!

Well made, and works great
Perfect for flattening and rendering it's of meat. Makes chicken breasts a uniform thickness for even cooking on stove top.
