Ungrounded! Unsafe!
This fixture has an equipment ground in the pigtail, but the manufacturer couldn’t be bothered to terminate it on the metal enclosure. If a hot wire were to be pinched or water were to get in, you WOULD get shocked if you touched it. It’s equivalent to breaking off the ground prong on a metal toaster. I am an electrician, and I find this appalling in a brand new fixture. If you are willing to take it apart and ground it yourself, then it’s okay. The bad-Terrible pivot bolts, flimsy bracket, crud inside fixture. The good-Descent cast shell, gaskets, and glass front. LEDs are crooked but so what. Driver is potted. Thermal transfer paste was used between shell and LED board. Pretty good overall. Bright. But any consumer testing agency would go apoplectic over the grounding issue.

Mt4 live center. Exactly what I expected. Havent used it yet but no detectable runout or machine marks or hand feel problems that make me think anything is amis. Looks like it will do what it is supposed to. Nice packaging should survive careless shippers. Shipping speed was normal.

What I expected
Load cell meter jumps around 2 digits (out of 9999) constantly, and zero drifts about 20 digits. This could be the load cell, although I bought an expensive load cell. A zero or tare button should be added. You can change offset in menu in place of zero button but it's cumbersome. Instructions are very poorly translated which is typical of cheap imports. All in all, though, it's pretty good for its price point. Good for home hobbies but maybe not for trade or critical measures.
