Parts new, but care on the assembly was poorly taken.
Parts new, but care on the assembly was poorly taken. After priming, vacuuming, the pump worked for a little more than twenty minutes, then lost pressure total. On inspection of the internal parts I found that the front plate of the vane pump was installed twisted causing excessive wear on one side of the plate and a slight binding on the vane slots of the rotor. the rear end of the shaft was burred causing the rear bushing to remain on the shaft upon removal of the rear cover. due to cost of shipping to my destination overseas, it would not be feasible for me to return the item. Having paid international shipping and custom fees, all I can do is count my losses, and maybe I will have to spend a few more bucks to get that part fixed at a lathe shop. Not satisfied, I think they could have done a better job.
