Just what I needed for everyday bag
I carry a mirrorless camera and my Macbook Pro 15 for work and travel every day. If fits my Sony A7rII with 24-70mm F4 zoom in one padded slot and headphones, batteries, cables, etc. in the other padded slot.
It's just big enough and does not scream "camera bag"
Durability so far is good. Some people have complained about grommet tabs ripping off but they work fine for me. I like that they are on loops so you can snap them easily.
My only wish is that the side pockets had a bit of velcro to keep them closed. I might sew them on myself.
Great value , great size and image quality but be careful - not metal construction
Very nice wide zoom in an extremely compact form factor. Sharpness is very good. The lens is mostly plastic so you should try to keep it from bumping into rocks, etc. Other nuisance is that it collapses into the compact carrying size so you have to push a lever and rotate the lens into a shooting position - could potentially get in the way of getting a critical moment shot. If you don't collapse the lens, it could be damaged easily due to the all plastic build. For me the tradeoff is acceptable and the lens would not be expensive to replace if it did get damaged.

Nikon D5000 - the perfect mix
I was looking for a lighter backup to my D300, something that also had HD recording to I could tinker with it before spending any serious $$$. I ended up carrying the D5000 more because it yields great image quality, even in low light and is much lighter and easier to handle than my D300. With a really long pro lens probably the balance would be awkward, but for the type of photography I do - travel, family, events - it's perfect. My kids can even handle it with their small hands.
At the low price, I did not expect so much, so I don't have any dislikes since my expectations were lower than if it was costlier.
The video gives me an idea of the potential. I think you really need a rig - stabilizer or tripod, and get set up ahead of time to get the best results.
