Perfect Fit
1 of 1 found this helpful Construction was superb , Fit was perfect , and the feel of the switch was great, when moving from one position to the next. Did not like the fact that neither the knob, or attachment screws where included. If replacing the switch, then this would be fine, as you would have those already. But for a new build (as in my case) I had to order new. I know its not a huge added expense, but It would be great if those items where included.

Love it!!!! Compatible with Cox !!

Had the preferred package from Cox, and upgraded to Ultimate, because my wife and I are doing a lot of streaming video, i.e. Hulu, Netflix, and so on. started noticing pauses, and sometimes stops all together. Not any more. I have read articles about activating the modem through Cox, and I had the same problem, I would see the network on my laptop, but could not access the internet, and the tech could not see my modem .Come to find out, I wrote down the wrong mac address ,and gave the tech the wrong information. I mistook a zero ( 0 ) for the letter O . Once that was corrected, it connected beautifully. So double, and triple check your mac address, off of the modem itself . That one little mistake can make the whole difference .
