Crappy
Very small support and doesn't stick to the inside of the shoe. It moved all around when I was trying to put my shoe on. Waste of money..you get what you pay for. I payed more for Dr. Scholls which actually helped with my foot pain. Well worth the money.

Helped me with hard days.
This book and The Shack have helped me work through some very difficult times. I highly recommend them both. I learned a lot about not only forgiveness of others but of myself. Really good relationship points as well.
