Works well and is fast
It works fine on W10 even though the box says it is only for W7 or lower

Casters were for another type of chair
These are good quality casters and I would buy them again except that I had to modify the pins on the chair to get them to stay on. NOT the vendors fault, though. It's just that there are a lot of different types of casters and just because the pin diameter is the right size doesn't guarantee that they will be right for your chair.
Check the products carefully before you buy - I have a little workshop and was able to make the pins work but not everyone can do that.
