Weird but effective
Works wonders for your forearms. There's a knack to getting it spinning but it's easy once you've done it a few times. Does need some effort though but well worth it - as a low impact training tool it can't be beaten.

Wear Gloves

2: Use lockwire to secure it - the ties they provide arent much good
