This is a good product for customers that want a lock on bi-parting gates, or single swing gates. Power is only needed to disengage the lock and open, so if anyone thinks that cutting the wire will open it, they're wrong. And all that is needed is 12-24v of power. I don't recommend using the 24v accessory on the board. Use a plug in power supply, to draw higher amps for the relay to draw the lock back.
