OEM NEW Front License Plate Bracket Mount Holder 13-16 Lincoln MKZ DP5Z17A385AA

Good product, but installation requires a special tool.

The product itself is of good quality and fits perfectly onto the front of my 2013 Lincoln MKZ Reserve. It was about 1/2 the cost of one from a dealer. So far so good . . . . But the pop rivets that come with it have a stem which is larger than my rivet tool accommodates. By the time I found that out, I had drilled the holes in the front bumper, so it would have been a 2 minute job with the right rivet tool. I called a local dealer, but they would not install something they did not sell. I tried all the big box stores and Ace hardware, then the auto supply stores and all the rivet tools they had would not fit those rivets. I finally wound up going up and down the highway to small auto repair shops and collision repair shops and finally found one with the right tool. They wanted $20 to pop in the two rivets. I was desperate, so I agreed but then they found out their tool was broken. More in and out of small shops and finally found one that not only installed it but did not charge me. So my advice is find some shop with the right tool before you order this. The product is good.

Good idea

Wire mesh traps are a pain to load and not very effective. Can't throw a cast net for beans. This is a great idea and amazing for the price. Fold it up when not using and put in my dock box. The bait pouch is hard to get bait into, and doesn't seal at the end. Other reviews said "add a weight", so I did, and I can see where it is needed to get it to settle down where you want it and upright. Catches small turtles, too, but I don't have any use for them.

Good product with a suggested improvement

Seems well made. The shaft for the pool pole is very sturdy, whereas reviews of similar products pointed out that the shaft was cheap plastic and likely to break. The shut-off valve included has a round knob that is hard to use. A lever knob which is common on most hose shut-offs would be a big improvement.
