DC 12V 10A 120W Power Supply Adapter transformer for 5050 LED Strip Light, CCTV

Cheaply made, doesn't even supply 5A, let alone 10A.

This power supply is not capable of providing 10A, not even 5A. I hooked up a 12v, 5A device to a car battery and confirmed it was drawing about 5A. This power supply cycles off and on in some sort of circuit protection mode. If it can't even supply HALF of the amps it advertises, I wouldn't trust it. Most power supplies get heavier as the components are upgraded to supply more amps, this one is very lightweight and just feels cheap. I do not recommend this item. Returned it to the supplier.

Good value for budget project!

This cable is VERY limber for its gauge. I would compare its flexibilty to a rope of similar size. Great for complex routing. The insulation is not very impressive and is very easily cut with a razor knife and light pressure. You can squeeze it with your fingers and hear the internal wires "grinding" on each other. Inside is a bundle of EXTREMELY small individual wires, smaller than a human hair that break very easily if you cut too close. But at $0.40 per foot you can afford to make a couple mistakes. Dont expect it to bend and hold shape where you want it though. I used it for boat console power and ground where there are no sharp metal edges or frequent foot traffic. Would NOT run this through a car metal firewall without additional insulation the entire way. Vibration + hard edges will eventually cause this cable to fail in my opinion. Worked great for what I needed though!
