Photoshop Elements 7 review after a (quickish) read
A large, bulky book for users of Photoshop Elements 7.
Crammed full of information for the new or advanced user. I found this includes way more than anyone needs to know and was at times hard to navigate around when looking for simple basic information.
Not unlike a large phone-book in size but well made and put together with colour pictures and guides. I got this for a very low price but will take weeks to get to grips with.
Worth a look if you can find it for a few pounds all the same.

ZOMEI Q666 Tripod
Small fold-away style tripod, seems ok when tried out indoors and is good value for money. Suitable for use on solid ground like streets or pavements I would expect. My BIG problem with this tripod is this. The feet are plastic/rubber and have no spikes or options to fit spikes for using on grass or anything found in landscape photography. This may make it wobble or shake in the real world. fine for indoor use or on concrete. Also you have to check the tripod head is tight before use or your precious camera could easily fall off without warning. Maximum height when fully extended is something like 5ft 2 inches. The box it comes in is not much lighter in weight than the tripod itself. Fine for last resort use or anyone wanting to travel light.

Digital SLR MASTERCLASS book
Andy Rouse gets straight to the point and does not try and baffle the reader with babble and pointless info chat. Well written and easy to follow. Crammed full of pictures and how they were taken and what to do to make them even better in photoshop/paintshop.
Brilliant book.
