Just fits.
Bought this power jack to fit my SVE1712Z1EB as it looked identical in the pictures to the one in my laptop, if this company had answered my query on this product I may not have bought it. With a slight bit of rerouting and a squeeze Iv'e managed to get it to fit as it's slightly shorter in length and the wires are slightly bigger in diameter, £70 for a genuine or £4 for this one, a no brainer really.

Shame about the squeakers.
The balls are fine for about 2 seconds then the squeakers fall out, they're not glued in.
