A good starter tube amp and very mod-able

I bought this amp as I was looking for an affordable, compact entry level tube amp. This amp has great sound and over all I am well pleased with it. A couple of things its lacks, although not deal breakers in my book are: 1. A tone knob, it does have a bright and dark 2 position switch and the tone knobs on my guitars help but an adjustable tone switch would be nice as getting the tone right for what your playing can at times be a compromise. 2. The on/off switch is at the bottom on the back side of the amp. This at times makes it awkward to turn on and off when switching guitars for playing. It would be nice to have the switch on top of the amp with the other controls. If you have the skills along with a few tools both of the above mentioned short comings can be corrected for around $50.00 in parts and a few hours work. There are several tone "kits" available on the market, as well as tubes and speakers, so if your into tweaking an amp to suit your own tastes this might be the ticket for you. It is in my opinion a good amp for the money.

Very cool

I've been learning alot of songs lately that us a delay for the guitar parts. After doing some research I found that Boss has one of the best delay pedals out there. This pedal has alot of capabilities and I'm sure glad I have a set of instructions to give me some pointers. If you have the paitence this pedal can do some awsome stuff.

Seals pin holes better than other sealers.

This tank sealer etches into the metal, much better than the plastic coating in the "cream" tank sealer.
